Waitress took my boyfriend's order and then just walked off without even looking at me to take mine. Had to wave her down to ask to order dinner. Had to ask for water refill more than once. Food was the only okay food we had during our whole trip. Would not eat here again.

We have visited twice and love it. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious and the staff is easy to work with. We loved the poutine, the chicken sandwich and the smash burger. Nothing has been less than delicious and well portioned.

Went with family for dinner...food options limited specifically for kids. Ordered kids pasta with Marinara, that was mostly pasta with very little sauce, requested to fix it they charged extra for sauce which also would have been fine if the sauce was good, tasted like canned stuff unfortunately. Ordered a deep dish pizza for ourselves which turned out to be a Focacia bread pizza (they are not the same thing).... I think this is a good spot to come for drinks with friends, avoid if food is important for you.

Amazing brewery in Banff downtown. Nice and spacious place with different zones. Including terrace, a pool and a variety of tables to host small and large groups. Went twice while in town. Loved their White Wit beer but, best of it all, their staff’s attention and willingness to serve and to help. Offered tips for our trip and made us feel at home. 100% recommended

Got engaged in the morning, ended up here for dinner...best decision ever! The Staff surprised us with complimentary champagne, the insanely good “Chocolate by Death” dessert, and a ton of congratulations that made us feel very celebrated. If you want great food, awesome beer, and staff who actually care, Banff Ave Brewing is the spot. 💍🍻

We were served by Alysha and she went above and beyond for our group who was on a time crunch, we were a group of 13 and she brought the food out so fast, let us out quick and brought us take out bags and containers before we even asked! She also gave us several local recommendations
We arrived quite early for a reservation however we were warmly greeted and accommodated with a great table. Food, drinks and service were excellent. We had burgers, poutine and fish and chips. Great value.

Made a reservation on line which said free parking in the back. We came to the back and could not figure out where the parking was. I walked inside to ask waitress about the parking and they laughed at me for asking such a stupid question. I thanked them and decided to take my business else where. I know my family wont make a difference but we will definitely avoid this place in the future.
