Worst food I have ever had and I have had food all around the world. Nothing comes close to how bad this was. No flavor, stale vegetables and wrap. Every single thing was horrible.

My first time having a chicken Shawarma and I wish I had tried it sooner! As an american visiting, the price point is already great, but the quality and portion were extremely welcome! Great food, great price, and great energy! I'll definitely be coming back!

We spent 4 days in Banff. Knowing about the wide variety of restaurants in this lovely mountain town, we set out to eat at a different restaurant every day.On the first day, we walked into a department store and decided to grab a quick bite at the food court. It was not much of an atmosphere, being a food court and all, but oh my God, the food at the little shack called Banff Shawarma !!! Let me tell you about it.I ordered the Chicken Shawarma and my son ordered the mixed plate with beef, chicken, rice and pickled veggies. The food was so amazing that we kept returning here day after day. At the end of our trip, we realized that, outside of the pre-paid breakfast at our lodge, and one late-night takeout, Banff Shawarma was the only place we dined in for our entire stay. The service was courteous and very fast. The food was exquisite: everything is fresh, colorful and prepared in front of you. Their garlic sauce is to die for and the pickled turnip gives color, crunch and flavor to every dish. For a quick desert, you can choose from their many different types of baklava.I wish I could take ten of their chicken Shawarmas home with me. In fact, I just might....

I was surprised to find this halal place, located inside the beautiful mall. The two staff members were nice and quick at serving orders. Their veg samosas were yummy.

Staff are racist, tried to order a chicken platter, but was told there was no chicken left. Fine, but the next guy in line was able to get a chicken platter. When I confronted them about this they ignored me multiple times. Don’t waste your time coming here.

This was honestly one of the best donairs I've had in years. I asked her to make a mix (beef and chicken) donair how she would recommend, and I wouldn't have changed anything about it. Absolutely delicious.

Great value for Banff for a cheap lunch and the one guy working that day was friendly and efficient despite being down a person. Vegetarian falafel was solid with good sauce ??
