Came in while visiting Banff and asked about their selection of matcha powder. They had one kind which was fine with me, the name sounded familiar so I asked if it was the name of the region where it was harvested and they said yes, I grabbed some as I was in a bit of a rush. I realized shortly after that they had sold me gyokuro green tea as matcha. Either the staff were uninformed and were knowingly selling the wrong product.

Discovered this tea shop with my partner during the summer on a short trip to Banff. Loved how cozy it was and was impressed by the variety and the herbal tea blends. We enjoyed our teas so much we did an online order and are super happy with our all purchases from here. Definitely worth checking this amazing spot out and treating yourself to some tea!

Such wonderful teas! I got lots of tea while visiting Canada, but these were definitely the best. So sad they are not currently shipping to the US, but I totally understand. Hope I can get more of that grapefruit earl grey again someday!

regularly purchased tea from this place over the past few years. rated store 5 stars until now. products were initially great but the last few bags i received were off? didnt taste the same, seems something changed in the ratio? like i received whatever was in the bottom of the container. poor customr service.

Tea shop with a ton of variety! Lots of teas to choose from in all categories. You do have to purchase at least 50g for most teas. The employee was helpful in answering any questions we had, but was a bit short and made odd comments when we paid by card. Prices were decent for being in Banff and the tea is good.
Great little spot to get tea, many, many varieties, lots of pots, cups and other accessories! Very friendly staff!
