I made my first online order recently and am very happy. The order came quickly and was well packaged. My order was made up entirely of different varieties of black tea, and they included samples of a couple black tea varieties I had not ordered. I suppose this could be a coincidence, but I suspect it was actually someone being really thoughtful and intentional - felt like a recommendation, not just a sample. I will definitely order again.

Banff tea Co is amazing! Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I came in with a crazy ask and they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated!They have a large variety of teas, perfect for every type of tea drinker, and if you're not sure what to get, the staff is very knowledgeable, and they have a great list of what their top 20teas are! They also have little samples by the till if you wanted to try a few out, as well as a large variety of tea accessories! 10/10 recommends coming here for your tea needs

I've been a customer with them for 2-3 years now and I gotta say I am never disappointed!! I have an obsession with Jasmine Green tea and I only drink tea with the jasmine fragrance infused. The Organic Jasmine Gold Dragon meets all my needs and it's so light and refreshing! It's such a wonderful way to start my day everyday! Will continue to buy from them for a very long time and am so happy to have found a tea store that meets all my needs!

such a fabulous shop, filled to the brim with a gorgeous range of interesting and exotic teas. As a Brit living in Canada, with tea as a main staple of our diet, I can honestly say this little shop is an absolute treat! great service, delicious selection of tea and they will even make you a cup to take a way. love it! will be back for more (the honey walnut was delicious!)

Bought Linden Flower tea in bulk from the BTC. The product was sweet, aromatic, robust natural oils, no harshness from extraneous twigs etc like I have experienced elsewhere. Amongst the best quality I have ever found. Live in USA, visit the BTC every time we come to Banff to stock up! Kudos!
Great place to get something warm in a cold day and something cold on a hot day. You can also buy tea leaves to go. I had the Creamy early grey one cool day. Loved it. It was one of the best teas I have had. I stopped by every day while in Banff. They had daily samples too. They also sell cute wine and kitchen supplies/items.

There are at least 4 tea shops in Canmore and Banff and if it’s tea you want to try, taste and buy, Banff Tea is the stand out of the four.Other places either do tea as a sideline, or as a tourist trap but Banff Tea is run by people who genuinely care about tea, and can not only recommend teas and give you a sample, but just also make you a fresh tea on the spot to take with you.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for things to do and I'm glad I found it. They have great selection of blended teas, and you can smell the samples. I was so overwhelmed coming to thisplace with the variety they had. You can buy 50g bags as well as they have some small samplers for a dollar. Needed up buying about 300 grams. Service was great too and the price isn't too bad. So far I've tasted most of the tea that I bought and I am not disappointed one bit.
