Everything is freshly made daily including the bread and English muffins used for breakfast items, to the pastries and chai tea, also serve locally brewed coffee! The breakfast sandwich was such a pleasant surprise, it seemed simple at first glance but what a perfect combination of flavors and whatever seasoning was used blew me away. Our family absolutely loves this place. Delicious and high quality baked goods/meals with excellent, friendly customer service. By far the best Eggs Benny in the Bow Valley. An absolute hidden gem in Banff and local's favorite.
Just to say huge thank you to the team at Bare Bistro, not only did they make the most delicious birthday cake, they also very kindly dropped it off at our hotel.
