Went into the St Enoch branch today just before 2pm (3/1) and the lady serving was lovely - very helpful, friendly and polite. As was the man on the till. Food was great - first time I’ve been and will return as it certainly makes a change from the robotic staff in other fast food places these days

Absolute failure to provide any sort of service in Sheffield today. Missing items from the self service machines and many people unable to order this way. Male manager snapping at customers and staff. Tried to be clever showing me the menu items were all there until I showed him they weren’t. Spent a good 10 minutes just waiting to order before another staff member advised me to use the self service machines AGAIN even though what I wanted wasn’t on there. I have been in 3 times so far and was happy with the food and service, however today was enough to put me off for good.
Note to leadership: The business turnover on Fargate is very real, please don’t wear a face that looks like you’re allergic to making money.

My family and I just ordered amazing meal with 3 toppings. Soya chicken, salt and pepper chicken and Katsu chicken and it's absolutely fantastic. Thank you Chopstix we will be back soon. Raginee was amazing.

Quiet place in the basement level (enter from main road) that offers many seats, nice music and a wide variety of Asian noodles and rice.
We visited in winter so there were few customers and service was wonderful. The staff was obliging and had good attitude when I had to take out my leftovers, and when they misheard my order.
Food is piping hot and came out fast. Although not exactly legit pho/ramen to the fussy, I’m happy with the huge portions and lots of ingredients.
Special mention of the tofu cubes which are delicious!

Terrible experience. The food was bad, and I actually found a piece of hard plastic in my ramen. The smell of the restaurant was the first red flag going down the stairs, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that made me uncomfortable right away. Even the water had a weird smell, almost like a wet rag.
Not long after eating, I got sick. I’ve been in the washroom multiple times today, and it’s been rough. Like really rough. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Found steel wool in the food! Stinks like a wet dog going down the stairs. Hair on the table making me feel sick to my stomach. Later on in the day, I went to the washroom more than 5 times!

Excellent Korean beef bulgogi! Very well priced and good service.
The environment is clean and pleasant, but the food quality was disappointing for a typical Asian palate. You can really taste the difference between professionally prepared noodles and those cooked carelessly, and the wonton filling seemed poorly prepared. Considering the price, you can easily find a more flavorful bowl of noodles or soup elsewhere in town.
Unfortunately, after the meal, I also experienced some stomach discomfort and had to visit the washroom multiple times.
Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the price or a return visit.

Pretty decent place overall in the area if you’re looking for some nice hot noodles. Prices are also rather reasonable! Also, food came out quick and hot. Great!
