Your order screen machine was faulty and kept telling me payment had not gone through correctly and to try again. Tried again and made 3 attempts but no order number to collect food. Was told at the counter that they had no order for me. Paid for another order at the counter. Checked my bank I was charged for the 3 attempts at a cost of over £60. This was at your store in East Midlands Designer Outlet -Mansfield. I have emailed you about this and have had no response. Will not use your store again.

The Christmas holidays can be busy, but the food quality was average. After waiting 50 minutes, the bowl of noodles arrived with two strands of hair in it, completely ruining my appetite. Additionally, the presentation was poor. It seems the restaurant primarily caters to tourists and doesn’t prioritize food quality.

Perfect choice for some warm pho soup on a cold night. We also enjoyed the taro milk tea. Highly recommend the Korean bulgogi if you’re looking for a rice bowl.
The to-go bowls were also very impressive for take out.
