The service was excellent, and the server was professional and attentive. However, the Ribeye steak I ordered could have been cooked better, the fat wasn't quite rendered. My main disappointment was that the online menu differed significantly from the actual menu. The online menu lists several items from Benchmark Ranch, but in reality, there was only one Benchmark Ribeye Steak available. Please consider updating the online menu for accuracy. When local law enforcement recommend a good place to eat, I take their advice. This place was fantastic. From the atmosphere to the food. The steak frites is a must get along with their corn brûlée, beef dumplings and potato gratin. Over all a great honeymoon dinner spot.

Phenomenal meal, Hunter is a great server and the main dining room is beautiful. The restaurant has the perfect vibe, a mix between having the space you need but it feeling intimate. Prime striploin, baby wedge, carrots were all amazing. Mud pie is 10/10. We will be back soon.

We had a fabulous meal at Chuck’s Steakhouse! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Caleb took amazing care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. While both mine and my daughter’s steaks were underdone, they were still absolutely delicious—so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The scallops I had with my steak were stellar, and the tableside Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had. To top it all off, the banana pie was outstanding! We loved it so much that we’re coming back again during our vacation. Highly recommend Chuck’s for an incredible steakhouse experience in Banff!

Massive tasty steaks, done to perfection! Just what you want in a steak house! Broccolini was the best side. Garlic bread was great too! Nobody liked the potato gratin, but everything else was outstanding.

We spent Valentine's Weekend in Banff and decided to make reservations because we wanted a good quality Alberta beef steak. Everyone we spoke to raved about how delicious it was, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! Both the food and the staff were amazing. This has become our new favorite steakhouse, and we will definitely be back soon. Must try the tomahawk!!
We had a great time at the steakhouse. Our server Katelyn was super friendly and helpful with our order and we were very impressed with the steak and all of the sides!

Fantastic steakhouse ambiance, but some guy behind the kind host snickered at me when I arrived for some unknown reason. The waitress seemed upset and was short with us (very unlike every other restaurant in Banff) while taking our orders. The steak was not aged and was quite fatty. I can highly recommend the potato gratin and peppercorn jus.
