We had an amazing dinner at Chuck's Steakhouse for Alaina's birthday. The Best of Alberta 3-course menu was outstanding from start to finish—every course was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made the evening feel special. Alaina was very happy, which made it the perfect celebration. Highly recommend.

My birthday dinner was perfect! The food, service and ambience was phenomenal. Best steak we ever had cooked to perfection, service was genuine and Caleb cleared our tables on a timely basis. Drinks and desserts were very tasty. Can't say enough of this restaurant. Highly recommend!

Alberta beef is incredible. Service was mid, we weren't dressed real nice and the lady was definitely short and kinda rude to us, especially compared to how we saw her treat her other tables. Idk if it's how we were presenting ourselves or the fact that we ate off the taste of Alberta menu, but the only time we saw her smile was when I ordered a bottle of of wine, and later when I tried to lighten the mood by complimenting her tattoos. Whatever. The beef was awesome, the steaks were over cooked though. We ordered medium rare and go a medium and a medium well steak. Unacceptable for a 300$ meal. No worries. Just order your steak more rare I guess.

Our meal was amazing. Our table was ready early for us upon arriving earlier than expected. Amanda was a great server, attentive and knew her stuff. The steaks were fantastic, one tenderloin, one ribeye. It was a special evening for us and the team at Chucks were terrific.

We went for the $79 three course meal for a birthday meal and it absolutely did not disappoint. The food from starter, mains & deserts was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable and they had a really awesome wine selection as well. We had an amazing night, would definitely go back ourselves & would 100% recommend, we also said if anyone comes to visit us we shall have to take them there!

Our meal was perfect. The steaks -- prime ribeye and prime strip loin -- were excellent. We were introduced to beef dumplings, which were a treat. Desserts and great wine recommendations made for a wonderful meal and night. Thanks server Annie!
The steak is phenomenal. We have the tenderloin everytime we go there. Cooked to perfection everytime. The Caesar salad dressing is hand man table side and fantastic. My favorite dinner place in Banff.

Sat at the bar and enjoyed every moment of our a dining experience. Our Scottish bartender/server looked after us from opening cocktail to wine selection to our meal. Quite possibly the best steak ever.

One of our favorite meals shared as a couple of 31 years. The staff super friendly and attentive while giving us space and time to enjoy the wine and food. My husband went for the Benchmark ribeye and I had the king salmon. We also got a side of the most amazing mushrooms to share...don't miss these. Amelia from Australia was great and had nice recommendations for wines to enjoy with our meal. Vanilla creme brûlée with fresh berries to end the meal. Outstanding!

Excellent dinner and service. There was four year old running about near our table and it was quite disturbing. We were so grateful that a server told the parents the child had to sit down. That's excellent service. It was our best meal and experience in Banff for dinner. Oh and they had Stags Leap by the glass!! Amazing .
