Everything was absolutely amazing, from the food to the service and the atmosphere. The food was exceptionally delicious, with each dish beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. I also tried the buffet, and the quality and attention to detail truly stood out. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, which made the experience even better. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

Came with friends for the specialty buffet and really enjoyed it! Solid value for a relaxed, all-you-can-enjoy meal. The guys hit the carving station twice, I think it was prime rib? The kids loved the chocolate fondue and milk cake. The salad dressings really deserve a moment, especially the green and beetroot ones. Food stations were clean. Wine was well priced, the atmosphere was easygoing, and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. A great option when you want to unwind after a busy week and not think about cooking. We will come back!

We went on Friday night's Alberta flavours buffet. Service and staff was very nice, casual, friendly, but professional. The Chef was present and had occasional chats with the guests. Choice of food was varied, fresh, tasty, with organic items, and all sections had a few dairy free/gluten-free options. I really liked the fresh items available for salads, and the potato salad was yummy. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, very good gnocchi and roasted veggies for sides. Protein wise, every item was very good: bbq ribs, chicken, salmon, and beef brisket (with gravy!); all well cooked and well portioned. Then for dessert, I really enjoyed the selection and the sizes. I had them all...! Crème brûlée, dulce-de-leche choux, chocolate tart, chocolate cheesecake (my fav!), one with white chocolate and raspberry, and a chocolate fondue available! The quality of this buffet was really really nice for the price, we will recommend and come back for sure! Thank you!!

Great food price point for the buffet $39 . Fantastic choices salads mains and deserts. Service needs a little more work, servers a little slow and not aware of details yet, but just opened first night on Dec 5th so I’m sure it will get better fix the tweaks. Hence the 3 stars. Atmosphere is ok for a dinner but very simple. Don’t expect this to be a romantic spot.

It was our last night here after skiing for a week. Didn’t feel like going outside so we checked out the $39 3-course pasta dinner.
To my surprise, this was amazing! The presentation, flavor, portion sizes and quality of food. I had low expectations because it was in the hotel - but this meal beats a lot of the ‘top 100 restaurant in Canada’ 3-course meals offered by a mile.
Salad was delicious and so beautiful. We got these cheese fried dumplings things - that was alright. I’d pass on those next time. Our pasta was so flavorful and well done. The crème brûlée was a large portion and perfectly made. Service was top notch. Things came out 1 after another. They made sure our glasses were always topped up.
I can’t to try the rest of their menu since I’m in and out of Banff all winter!
Was not able to build a gingerbread house or do the activities because they overbooked and were telling people to leave after they ate. The food was food. They should have been seating everyone instead of letting people pick where they wanted to sit.

Welcome was nice, seating was at far end of the restaurant by the wall would have been better to sit us closer to buffet as it was empty at 5pm. Happy hour price for wine and selection were good. However white wine was not cold enough for temperature. We had to ask for the complimentary glass of bubbles only offered the first evening of opening. That should have been offered when seated. Food was fantastic the beef carving station was the best but all of the food was top knotch. Getting our bill at the end was a wait after asking 2 people we finally got it. So Food price point excellent highly recommended. Service level needs to be improved and I am sure after this review someone will make sure of it. After all it is the new opening of the restaurant. Will be back to try other buffets and happy hour drinks.

Visited for a solo meal in June this year. The atmosphere was nice and quiet and I didn't have to wait too long for my meal. My first choice dish wasn't available, but the server was great with her recommendations. I think I ended up getting the AAA cheesesteak, which I would recommend. Reasonably priced.

Brought my wife here for a dinner during our stay in Banff and the experience was absolutely amazing. My wife had the Glazed Salmon and I had Bbq Pork Ribs and I can say both are so flavourful, everything were cooked to perfection. Special mention to Kim who made sure everything was perfect. Her service is unmatched. Highly recommended! 👌🏻
