Great coffee!!

Love this cafe, it’s my favourite in all of Banff! It is dog friendly, which is a must with my golden retriever. Cinnamon buns and croissants are to die for. The cinnamon bun sell out daily. Staff is very friendly. Come here almost every day for a maple latte and a sweet treat 💗

Best cafe in Banff township. Tried most cafes during my stay and found this to be the best value and best tasting as an Aussie. Service was always top-shelf even when busy.

This bakery and coffee shop was AMAZING. Discovered it on the last days of a 6-friend trip to the area. Sad I had only time to go once.

Cute lil coffee place in Banff downtown. Loved their croissants. Their Almond Croissant is the best I ever had. Highly recommend.

I recently stopped by this coffee shop to grab a few pastries to go. The selection looked good, and I was looking forward to trying them. When I went to pay, the lady at the counter presented the payment machine with the tip screen upfront. I chose to skip the tip, as I was just picking up pastries without table service.

Unfortunately, after that, the interaction turned cold. I smiled, said thank you and goodbye, but she didn’t acknowledge me at all—instead, she looked away and ignored me completely. It left a sour note on what should have been a simple and pleasant visit.

A tip should never be demanded through passive-aggressive behavior. I support good service, but mutual respect should go both ways. I hope this shop can work on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers—whether or not they tip at the counter.
