GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR FOOD AND BE TREATED POLITELY.My wife and my children were craving sushi. The food was okay, but the small lady was rude (didn’t catch her name but it was between 5 and 6 in the afternoon of March 28th and maybe she’s filipina). I hope the management sees this and makes sure that she gets trained properly. I asked for a tissue paper she handed me 1 piece in a very rude manner and turned her back immediately. If only she had given us a decent amount of tissue in the first place when we got our order and packaged the food neatly this wouldn’t have happened. We feel disgusted and just decided to be done quick and leave. I once worked at a hotel restaurant and we treated everyone with respect. Maybe she needs to find a different job because clearly she doesn’t like what she’s doing. Never coming back to this exact location again. Very unprofessional and weird experience. I hope this review goes a long way to make sure this branch teach their employees how to be hospitable and kind.Just read some of your lowest reviews and lots have complained about how rude your staffs are. Should have done this before going to this branch. Clearly the management needs to do some thinking about their staffs.

Every visit, we consistently order the teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef – they are incredibly delicious. For Banff standards, it's an affordable yet satisfying meal. The owners, both warm and charming, add to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend everyone to give it a try! Looking forward to exploring more of their offerings in the future.
