It is in the underground food court. The food was so good and we ordered next day again. One noodles soup type and another sweet noodles. The food quality is better than in a restaurant.

One of my favorite places I miss from midwest America is a food court chain that makes teriyaki chicken like this. I was excited to try this Canadian version!

Location is fun in the mall, great service, great prices.

Overall I just felt like it was a lot more bland than I'd like. I don't need everything to be loaded with flavor, but I do think it was pretty mild in flavor overall.

Edo Japon has became my favorite restaurant. The food is delicious, fresh, healthy and, the portions are just enough.
The service 5 stars. People is always helpful and friendly. I use to go anywhere because I travel a lot but the Cascade shop in Banff I used the most. Thanks guys. See you next week.
