Nice cafe along the main strip of Banff. They have a huge menu of drinks and tons of selection of food. On top of that they sell a lot of other items that relate to coffee, tea, and cups. Very spacious and the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall really good place.
We stopped at this place for hot chocolate after hiking Tunnel mountain for sunrise on Dec 27 with -20C degree. It was the most delicious hot chocolate we have ever had. The chocolate flakes made an huge difference. It not only melted our hearts but also brought our frozen bodies back.
The staff there were very nice and welcoming.
Highly recommend this place for a cup of hot chocolate especially in winter.

Coffee and cakes were delicious! Very cosy feel in winter. Would be better with smaller clusters of couches instead of 2 huge ones that people were hogging so there weren’t enough seats.
Service from the male employee was rather curt, but the female Chinese (?) girl was very friendly.
