We came here for 4 nights with 9 family members to celebrate a special occasion during our holiday to Canadian Rockies. Initially, on day one, we had a difficult time and unpleasant experience at many fronts and were not happy. However, once the management came to know about our issues, they immediately went into action. They bent over backward to accommodate each and every issue and concern that we were experiencing. They more than made up for everything. The location is beautiful, and the facilities and restaurants are truly amazing. We may come back around Christmas time as many staff members told us that it's really superb here at that time.

A very nice hotel that had all the cozy vibes and felt luxurious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, all the staff were kind and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants, lounges, and pools. Definitely recommend this hotel for a great getaway.

Bathroom was a bit small and noise traveled from the hallway. that being said, gym was great, restaurants were very good, staff/shuttles were good, and location with bus stop was convenient to downtown. View speaks for itself. Elevator did take a bit to come and could not find where the stairs were.

During my stay at the Banff Fairmont, my goggles broke mid-swim. I caught Bodhi’s attention as he was walking across the pool deck. (He was dressed in a black polo shirt and khaki pants). I asked him if there might be a lost and found with a pair of goggles I could borrow, or if there was a place to purchase goggles. Bodhi said he wasn’t sure and then responded, “I really want to help you solve your problem.” He went in search of a solution and came back promptly and said there were goggles in the spa shop for purchase. I asked if he could purchase a pair and charge to my room as I didn’t want to leave the pool area. Bodhi returned quickly with goggles in hand and I was able to continue my workout. I truly appreciate Bodhi’s helpfulness and positive attitude. His desire to “solve my problem” so I could finish my workout made a lasting impression.

Luxury and historic hotel that has golf & horse stables for guided group rides.
Lakeview rooms well appointed but small and cramped. Apart from in room safe had everything you would want including even charging ports on the bedhead! However the bathroom had a mini vanity unit so no space to put toiletries, and with 2 suitcases open little room left in room to walk. Lots of tour groups detracted from luxury feel. Bed comfortable. Ok for an overnight stop but would not want a longer stay. Expensive for size room- priced for view!

The Fairmont Banff Springs is truly a magical place. Nestled in the heart of Banff, Canada, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains — absolutely stunning from every angle. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The restaurants on-site were also fantastic, offering delicious food in a beautiful setting. A perfect blend of luxury, nature, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

We were absolutely impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the amazing property. The only caveats that I have would be that $50 for valet and $40 each for breakfast buffet seems excessive when the rooms are the prices they are.
