The Bison Benny was so good! The berry field was a great pairing with the meat. I visited twice and ordered the same Benny because that's how much I love it. I asked for crispy potatoes, and they came out perfect. The coffee was great as well!

I really liked the potatoes and my poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The hollandaise had a nice creamy texture but did not have a lot of flavour. The bison with haskap compote was meaty and tasty. Our server Kieran was friendly and attentive. The hotel had a maintenance issue where the water was going to be turned off, so the staff were forward thinking and called to offer that we could come early for breakfast rather than being canceled.
Such good food and excellent service! Our server Brandon was attentive and had great recommendations. Highly highly recommend the strip loin or the bison tomahawk and the rotisserie chicken.

I had a great experience at this Italian place. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portions, which was a nice surprise. The location is also excellent and easy to get to. Most importantly, the food was delicious. If you’re looking to try Italian food, this place is a must try, especially the Margherita pizza. One of the best meal I've ever eaten. My waiter was lovely and friendly. I felt very comfortable in the restaurant. I highly recommend the Bison Benny. Different flavours that go really well together. I'd be curious to have the recipe of the purple compote under the meat. It was a perfect combination of flavours and not pretentious. Simple and effective. The Scalloped Potatoes was really good too.

Small wait when we got there, but not unexpected on a Saturday morning when there's a festival in town and skiing skiing skiing junkies everywhere. Small brunch menu but that's not a bad thing. Wifey and her friend had the bennies, the other mate had a traditional breakfast and I decided to go with the hamburger. Now I am not going to lie, I'm a big guy and I've eaten many a hamburger in my day but I am saying this without a single word of sarcasm; That was the best damn hamburger I have ever had in my entire life. I seriously contemplating buying another one so I could have it when I got home. Everyone else super enjoyed their breakfast brunch as well and the wifey had tried their hot chocolate offering for the hot chocolate trail that was going on and it was far better than anything else we had tried at other places in town the day before. Highly recommend to try this place out even if you're not staying at the hotel. Maybe see if you can make a reservation.
