This is a unique experience. Pizza and salads are great but the location, the old library of the Banff Springs Hotel, makes it very memorable. The service is incredible. Dana has been a constant over many years and has set an unsurpassable standard that all staff have maintained.

Dana took excellent care of us. Delicious Cesar Salad. More than enough for two. Pizza's were very good. We did availability of Charcuterie Trays. Cozy atmosphere with a beautiful view. As locals from Canmore a trip to Banff Springs is always a treat !

Myself and my 3 kids, 5 and under, had dinner here Saturday evening. The salad, pizza, dessert and kids meals were great. Our server (Sarah?) was fantastic! She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond. I don't always get the best response when I show up to a restaurant with 3 littles, but Sarah was welcoming, accommodating and so kind, and was not phased at all when I apologized for the mess on the floor my 1 year old made. Great experience!

The Morty pizza was delicious, definitely try it. Had a nice glass of Tempranillo with it and I was full and happy for $40. It was excellent.

We checked out Grapes in the old writing room at Banff Springs—such a cozy, rustic spot with amazing food. The new pizza was a standout: thin, crispy crust and full of flavour. The Caprese salad was a perfect shared starter, and the desserts were just as impressive. Great portions for sharing all around. Highly recommend 👌 We’ll definitely be back!

I visited grapes with some friends to taste their new pizza menu. Was very satisfied with their service and food. The pizza was the perfect size to share with the table, I’d call it a “medium”. The salads are also very delicious! Deserts are also extremely delicious! Would definitely recommend and go back again!
The pizza is almost as good as the lobster carbonara at Castello..
