The bolognese pizza was outstanding!!! Definitely recommend this place! Service was also excellent!
The Morty pizza was delicious, definitely try it. Had a nice glass of Tempranillo with it and I was full and happy for $40. It was excellent.
The service and ambiance was nice but the pizzas were chewy and they really can't customize much on the menu
One of the best pizzas I've had in a while! The service was great and really attentive, and I love the cozy ambience of this small winery, such a hidden gem in BSH.
We checked out Grapes in the old writing room at Banff Springs—such a cozy, rustic spot with amazing food. The new pizza was a standout: thin, crispy crust and full of flavour. The Caprese salad was a perfect shared starter, and the desserts were just as impressive. Great portions for sharing all around. Highly recommend 👌 We’ll definitely be back!

I visited grapes with some friends to taste their new pizza menu. Was very satisfied with their service and food. The pizza was the perfect size to share with the table, I’d call it a “medium”. The salads are also very delicious! Deserts are also extremely delicious! Would definitely recommend and go back again!
The pizza is almost as good as the lobster carbonara at Castello..
Hidden pizza gem tucked away in the Fairmont! We got the caprese salad, 3 pizzas, and both deserts, and everything was delicious… The 72 pep pizza was a fav and the caprese salad was so tasty. I especially loved that the pizzas came with complimentary dipping sauces like hot honey, ranch and chili oil. Such a unique spot and the service was lovely.

Dining in Grapes was a great experience! Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently! The freshness of the ingredients and the unique flavors in the Polpette and Caprese Salad were unforgettable. From appetizers to dessert to my drink, this restaurant exceeded all my expectations! Highly recommended! For sure, a hidden gem in Banff.
Enjoyed the hand stretched pizzas but the caprese salad was disappointing, after a long day .Their Beaver tail dessert was delicious.
And the servers , both ladies , were very pleasant and kind .

One of the best pizzas I can remember in recent times. Wife and I spilt the Polpette and Prosciutto Crudo. Paired well with the Chianti. Pizza had little to no flop, good undercarriage, nice crisp and chew. Flavors were fantastic. Wife enjoyed dipping the crust in the Hot Honey Sauce. Highly recommend for a casual dining experience.

Service was terrible but food was great! Pizza's excellent! Maybe they could offer a few different dishes like a pasta or two or some fish or meat - the menu is very limited but what we ordered was yum!
Banff Springs best kept secret. Burrata salad is a must and the pizza crust is absolutely the best.
The gluten free pizza crust is awful. The worst I’ve ever had. You’re better off ordering Pizza 73.

Food was delicious! Servers were welcoming however didn't provide high level service expected at Banff Springs Hotel. Service was inefficient with two servers constantly leaving restaurant to run food and drinks from kitchen and bar located in other area of hotel. Food is served as it's made so very possible for your party to be eating at different times if not sharing food. No extra service processes to welcome kids i.e. colouring while waiting for food or food options which makes dinning with children under 7 years old a bit more effort if not prepared. Recommended to check online menu prior to making reservation to ensure limited menu has food you can eat if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Nearest women's bathroom has multiple stairs with no accessibility for those with mobility aide or change table.
***this is now a pizza joint!***
All they have is pizzas & limited apps. Very disappointed - even more so by the worst attempt at a caprese salad I’ve ever tasted. Way too salty.
Half way Hubby & I looked at each other and said in unison, “Are we getting food on the way back to the hotel?” Yes. Absolutely.
Basically, if you’re not staying at the Fairmont, don’t bother fighting for parking.
