It had changed from a wine bar to a pizza restaurant. The wine selection was limited, which was disappointing. The food was also disappointing, with no Iberian ham or cheese. It was disappointing that the calm atmosphere was gone and it became noisy.
Service was impeccable as usual. Dana is exceptional and reason we come. Super sad they changed the menu from a bespoke castle experience to pizza and wine. The regular pizza was good however the gluten free crust was not. We miss the charcuterie! Even a couple other food options would be appreciated. We likely won't be back if the menu stays the same. Which is sad because it's been our favourite for some time. We saw two other couples come in, look at the menu and leave...
Wonderful charcuterie setting and options. Enjoyed two different wines by the glass and wife enjoyed a Japanese style beer in Canada. Delicious! Dana our server was also excellent. Made suggestions and very clear about all the items on the charcuterie board, which was very helpful with so many options. Great place for a quiet meal and wine in a busy historic hotel. Highly recommend.
