The lounge is located in The Rimrock hotel in Banff, which is a fabulous hotel. The food was good. We really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the nachos. The kids menu is good value. The kids burger was a full size burger. The braised beef poutine was good, the beef was excellent, cheese curds, fries and gravy good, but the combination was a little on the salty side. The view is beautiful. The lounge atmosphere is very nice. There is valet service at the main door.

I visited April 3, 2025, had a lovely lunch for one. I was seated at the table with the best view( left far back corner~ amazing view!) my waiter helped me with my drink dilemma, and suggested a basil, sake, lime drink, sadly can’t remember the name, but it tasted like summer. I had the short rib poutine, which was amazing and big enough for two people. I finished with a whipped vegan chocolate, toasted coconut and fresh berries dessert, which was delish! (All items were gluten free). The bill was $56 not including tip, very reasonable. The view, service and food was top notch, looking forward to returning!

Came here with family after soaking in the nearby hot pools for a bite to eat with family. The atmosphere, view and fireplace is incredible, and the staff are attentive. I'm gluten free and dairy free and the staff went out of their way to make something from theclunch menu which was divine.

We got 2 cocktails both were out of balance.. I tried ginger Scotsman and it was diluted but turmeric was properly incorporated.. Second was Aurora and that was an ok cocktail but looked like green sour puss was used for reen apple flavor which is very bad for a hotel of this standard.. This hotel is under the accor group as well..same as banff spring's but this hotel looks and feels very run down... Christmas decor was very old and not properly done... Overall a substandard experience for the price for food and drinks..

A fantastic hotel lounge with an incredible view! The timeless decor and massive wood burning fireplace is all truly spectacular! We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks here and were served by handsomely dressed staff who were eager to converse and truly cared about our experience. Thank you!

This place is amazing. Wonderful wooden ceiling with wooden pillars. Amazing lounge in the Rim Rock, with fantastic views. Loved their old-fashioned, classic, and Cherry maple one. We also ordered the smoked beef spring rolls. WOW. Delicious. Definitely recommend this lounge/ restaurant.

The atmosphere is fantastic and so is the live music. I ordered the cubano, and it was dry, hard to bite into. Reallt regret trying something new for that much to be disappointed. My jaw hurts just from thinking about it. ?

A phenomenal lounge with class with an amazing cozy, fireplace atmosphere overlooking the mountains. Great selection of drinks with friendly staff made this place a great aprés ski lounge!
