I could keep it simple and say “best in town” but that doesn’t really count in Banff as good Gelato is as hard to find here as gold in the Athabasca-River.
But well, the Ice cream really was good. And so was the Espresso ☕️ I got. Strong and hot. The espresso. The ice was, of course, ice cold.
Anyway, I liked it. But I can’t give 5 Stars as I think the prices are rather high. That might be a “Banff Main Street Tax”, but high costs are high costs.
So it’s four Stars. Still pretty good Gelato 😀
And about the 1⭐️-Reviews: we can’t complain about the staff. Helpful, patient when you try to figure out what you want. The espresso was brought to the table, everything seemed find. Got a smile, exchanged pleasantries…

Delicious warm chocolate muffin with best vanilla ice cream I ever had. Loved it
Had a London Fog and a mocha with a slice of banana bread. Customer service is exceptional, coffee well made and delicious banana bread. Cozy place to go.

Average Food, coffee took 15 mins ! Also overheard the main cashier ( i think it was the australian lady who takes the orders ), “ why don’t some people have an ounce of patience “
mate WHO says stuff like this.. that too when you are right infront of customers. Either they need a new cashier or add a sign near the till which says “ coffee might take some time “
