I went here today and I just had to give them their flowers. I ordered a latte and a grilled cheese which were both fantastic (there was even a cool design on the latte which was beautiful). The staff were all super nice and made sure to take the time to make me feel welcome even though it was SUPER busy. Make sure to stop by while you’re in town because this place is now one of my go-to’s when coming through!

Large American is weak, make sure to ask how many shots or scale down size. Too much water.
Also the light roast espresso has a peanut butter flavour. Not to my taste.

The lady who was making our orders was chatting with her colleagues while she was giving the orders on the counter, when I thought the order was mine she didn’t pay attention while we took the two cups. After we just sat down she was saying you guys took the wrong order with some attitude, after she finishes chatting with her coworkers. Not happy with her attitude. We have been to many cafes around the tourist spots, this is the first time I felt that we have been accused… not happy with her attitude at all. Not only paying no attention to what customer said, also not paying attention of who was taking the orders… it’s a bit frustrated while we are having a good time in Banff. The buy who was replacing the garage bin was also giving attitude by smacking the lip right beside our table. Not sure if I want to come here again…

I was here in June 2025 and was served by the older man with long white hair. Long story short, the guy either had a problem or was super high. I ordered a bowl of soup and a sandwich that was premade in the glass case. For some unknown reason, I watched as he kept skipping over my ticket and filling every other person’s order instead of mine. I was just politely standing there waiting, for so long that 2 other servers came over to check on me and then followed up with the guy. Both times he said he was about to fill my order, then inexplicably skipped it, over and over, and filled other people’s orders instead. I was standing there at least 15 minutes. It was bizarre!! Finally the supervisor noticed what was going on and got me and my son some food (not even what I had ordered!!! But at this point who cares - the rest of my party had already received their food and finished eating before mine even arrived). The food was nothing special and not at all worth the bizarre, frustrating service I received. Some advice for managers: if your staff is too high to know how to fill an order on the line, send them home for the day!!

The drinks and food are delicious. The coyote, Buffalo, and squirrel posters are fun and informative. Oh and the baristas are very nice. What is there not to like? While in Banff head to Little Wild and chill a bit.

Fantastic place! I absolutely loved the dirty chai, and the staff are kind. There’s ice cream, some food, and tons of drinks. The ambiance is chill 🎉😎
