Pizza as an appetizer was delicious. However at around 20-30 minute passed after appetizers finished, we noticed people after us were seated and served entrees so we asked our waiter about the entrees and he simply said it was being worked on, but did not bother to acknowledge or apologize our waiter. This was dimissive. In total, the pasta entrees then took 45 minutes to come after appetizers. And the pasta was average to subpar.

Food was decent but our dinner took an extremely long to get there. We waited more than an hour to get our dinner. The apps came out at a decent time but the dinner took 45 min after the apps to arrive. No one apologized about the delay in service either. We asked our waiter several times as well and were told that the kitchen was just busy.

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been at. The fact that the pasta is house made was definitely felt: it was delicious! The service was also very generous, and everything else was delicious as well!!!

After a brief wait we were able to be seated on the patio on a weeknight in July, and we were so happy to be there. The service is tremendous, our server was filled with personality and obvious love of her job. The food was authentic and delicious, all pasta is made in house. LUPO is the real deal.

The best pesto pasta I’ve ever had! This is a must try in Banff. We had a reservation so we could walk right in and I recommend making one because Lupo is super popular. The inside was super cute and clean. The server was super kind and explained the dishes to us. The chicken parmesan was also great along with the spaghetti. I highly recommend the pesto it was delectable. All the dishes were beautiful and I was super satisfied with my meal. 🍝😆

Without a doubt some of the best pasta and tiramasu I've ever had, and I've been to Italy twice! The raclette ravioli was particularly phenomenal.
Probably the nicest, most helpful staff at a restaurant I've seen. I left my hat by mistake, and not only did they offer to help me ship it, they even paid for it! Shoutout to Cael for being so kind.
