Jesus can we not have to listen to 10 minutes of you talking before the option to connect to someone. Oh my God. If your going to make it so painstaking to get through please have all info online or something. Can we not make same day takeout orders? Because the date doesn't show up. It says only tomorrow. So I have to plan ahead Mt orders or what's going on? I guess I'll never know because I'm not calling back to listen to 10 min of automation again and maybe get through to noone

Came here for my birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience! The vegan options were great. The guacamole was so fresh and yummy and the homemade chips were awesome. We got veggie burritos, which were a bit dry but good. They even gave me a free drink for my birthday! great service too, despite how busy it was. Thanks!

I have great memories of this place, but it's just been OK the last few times I've been there. Maybe when I was 18 having my first margherita it was awesome, now that I'm 50+ it's just average at best.

This evening, I stopped by little Mexico with some family and friends for dinner. The food was very good and for a local Mexican restaurant, quite authentic. All though many of us found it to be a little too spicy in places, it was worth the trip to flavor town and something worth remembering. I thought one member of my party getting sombreroed (which definitely came as a surprise, for us all) was extremely hilarious and the fact that you could eat a bison burrito in little Mexico, was pretty impressive. I will definitely come back, and who knows maybe even get somebreroed. The atmosphere was a little too loud for us at a table of 6, but nonetheless still worth the trip to little Mexico, lol if you know what I mean.

Magpie and Stump in Banff promises a unique experience with its Mexican-themed ambiance amidst the mountainous landscape. The restaurant certainly delivers on its promise, offering a lively atmosphere reminiscent of Mexico.Their quesadillas are a treat for the taste buds, with gooey cheese and flavorful fillings wrapped in a warm tortilla. They strike a perfect balance between traditional Mexican flavors and local ingredients. The fajitas are no different. Sizzling and aromatic, these fajitas definitely pleases everyone. The generous portions of tender meat and colorful veggies make for a satisfying meal, perfect for sharing among friends or family. If i were to collapse there, you can definitely revive me with the tacos. Magpie and Stump's tacos are a must-try, with a variety of fillings to choose from, including savory meats, fresh seafood, and vibrant vegetarian options. Each bite bursts with authentic Mexican flavors, transporting diners to the streets of Mexico. It is also outstanding how when you walk in here, you'll find people of all races and creeds there to enjoy the meal. I love itOverall, Magpie and Stump offers a fantastic dining experience with its Mexican-inspired menu and mountainous backdrop. Whether you're craving classic dishes like quesadillas and fajitas or looking to indulge in refreshing drinks like tequila, Corona, and bulldogs, this restaurant has something for everyone.Parking: There is a free 9 hour parking lot in park plus just blocks away from Banff Ave. It is a life saver.

Just thought we would give the restaurant a try.Well, the quesadilla was ok, not the best we've had.I didn't care for the tacoes at all. Very basic, no flavor, chicken was dried out.Chances of returning are probably slim to nill. Not recommended.Cheers.

Wasn't as good as it used to be- more expensive and the biggest turn off is the really dirty bathrooms.

They don't treat all their guests equally. Food was disappointing and overpriced. The Nachos we ordered had severe cheese and toppings deficiency, just chips. Quesidilla was not worth $20. We went there due to the reviews saying that they serve the best Mexican food, but this was my worst mexican food experience.

This place was amazing. Food was fast and prompt service was great. I got the goat nachos AKA greatest of all time nachos and a beef taco and a bison taco. It was all good. Not much of a drinker and I tried the ranch water. I'm sure it's good to an alcoholic, but I'm not one so I did not enjoy it too much. But I'm sure for the right person it'd be good. Out of all the restaurants and Banff I would probably try this one again
