This McDonald service is very TERRRRIBLE!!!!!!! I paid the money and ordered the food . The order screen for my 642 order number disappeared. I think that the McDonald haven't called out my order number 642 when the 642 order number from the screen disappear . I had waited for a long time with no person calling out my number

Was ignored by the shift manager, Lejean, Even though I was ordering immediately after another customer. Finally got to Order and then was asked if I wanted to buy a bag I declined . Noticed the young lady had ordered number of items and I paid for a bag, but the bag was so small that she couldn’t put half the stuff that she ordered into it. They were not very helpful to her. Service is very poor.

I was servers by this attitude girls (Josephine) and didn’t even made an effort to smile when I was smiling. She didn’t have a pleasant voice and she tried to stole my McDonald’s point by using my command and when I confront her she denied and said she was just checking the time on her phone and when she was done. She just went to the where they do drink and grab the thing that they put for cheese cake McFlurry and ate it like a bunch.

Not a great first impression, only one bathroom was available with massive lines and people and to make things worse there was shit on the toilet seat and floors. Toilet paper thrown everywhere, and drunk people flooding the place yelling and screaming and nothing done about it. Not a great place to visit at night. The employees need to lock in because I used my points to redeem a green tea twice and they cancelled it by accident, telling me it didn’t go through and forcing me to pay for it. British Columbia is better.

We visited Banff yesterday from Vancouver and dined in at this McDonald’s. Honestly, we’ve never had such a great experience at any other location! The serving style was impressive, the sauces and lettuce were evenly and fresh patties & fries, and everything tasted super yummy. A clean, well-managed spot—highly recommend!
