How does it take 34 minutes to get a burger and fries... People who ordered more than I did 20 minutes after me got their food before me. Very disappointed in the service here, the bathrooms were also disgusting and unkempt. Not wheelchair accessible.

The bon bons were not as good as I hoped, but the cookie butter one was nice. The McDonalds in Canada are not as nice as the ones in the US in my opinion, but maybe that’s because of the locations I chose. Still has all the classic items here. Looks nice on the outside but not a lot of seating inside and very bland.

Staff don't take orders promptly, they don't listen to the order and deliver the wrong food. The burgers can be dripping with grease. Mcondalds has fallen on hard times.
They charge you for a paper take out bag. What a joke. Are you supposed to take it home in your pocket? Cheap

new policy: won’t give you a tray after 11pm. impossible to transport all your food to a table without spilling stuff. can’t eat fries at a table because they spill everywhere. won’t give you a bag unless you pay for it. i couldn’t juggle my 5 things and spilled my nuggets on the way to my table. they wouldn’t remake them or refund me until i pushed. im a young guy. kids and the elderly almost certainly gonna have a way harder time than me with no trays. idiotic policy that should be reconsidered.

They charged extra for a paper bag, and instead of a Double Big Mac, they put a regular Big Mac in the Double Big Mac box — clearly trying to trick customers. Be careful, they cheat!

We ordered food here about 15 minutes ago: one Big Mac and one Double Big Mac. Instead of the Double, we were given a regular Big Mac in the Double Big Mac box. The poutine (almost $6) was filled only halfway — that’s unacceptable for the price. The place was full of customers, but it looked like only two people were preparing the orders, so the quality control was clearly missing. I would not recommend taking food to go from this location without checking your order carefully before leaving. Very disappointing experience.
