Ambiance and the views were great! Staff were super nice and attentive. Food was pretty good. It was buffet style which was fine, but some of the meat was a little chewy. This was expected being under the heat lamps, but was still tasty. I would definitely come back the next time I visit.

The food was good. I was expecting more variety of foods in the buffet. Overall it was a bit expensive for what was available. The food we had was good. Just not enough choice and variety.

Tried the buffet for the first time. Was there to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. I noted that on the reservation but they didn't mention it or ask. Some recognition would have been nice for my parents. The food was good, nice selection of meats. People serving the food weren't always there, so we didn't get an opportunity to try everything but still left full and satisfied.

We are celebrating our engagement and they made it a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the staff were so helpful. We will totally go there again when we are in Banff next.

The view is what makes this experience all worth it. The staff are very kind and attentive, very quick as well. The food was just ok, nothing that makes you want to rave about but would definitely dine here as an option on vacation. Feedback I would give is to put different serving utensils on buffet foods that are under the heat lamps because the metal ones will burn your hands! Beautiful venue, just ok food.

Food options were limited, which I can understand since we're on the mountain. We got there around 6:50 pm for our 7:15 pm reservation and asked if we could be seated a little early. The host said they had guests coming at 7:00 pm, so we were totally fine waiting. But even around 7:10 pm, we were still told to wait until exactly 7:15 pm. When we finally got seated, there were easily 10+ empty tables, and they stayed empty all night. Honestly, it was confusing and disappointing that they wouldn't seat us even 5 minutes earlier when there were so many open tables. Food was just... edible. The beef was really dry. :)

The food was cold and I burnt myself on the serving utensils. However Cutis was amazing. Sitting next to the kitchen did not have the ambience I was looking for. 😩

The service was excellent—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The beautiful Christmas decorations showed great care and created a cozy atmosphere. They made our anniversary truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for celebrating important and special occasions.

The best to be able to dine on top of the mountain although you can't see anything as its nighttime. Our server was pretty good, and I like the little courtesy of giving us a small cake to share w/ hubby for our 26th year anniversary. There were also some appetizers outside the restaurant which is nice as u can have it while waiting to be sat down. The food was a ok except for the fish and chips which is superb. The pasta looks like its ben sitting there and they aren't replenishing. And was hoping the gondola tkts can be cheaper for diners like me. But otherwise, I would come back again but this time, Ill probably come around lunchtime instead to enjoy the view while eating

I feel like I had my best Banff meal in the most unexpected place. You have to either take the gondola or hike up to the top of the mountain to get to this buffet.

Good variety of proteins and salads - and they were all delicious. Not many carb options but I’m not complaining!

Amazing views if you get a window seat.
