Its ok. Prices are reasonable only because of the lower food quality. Food is mediocre at best. Staff are nice. The restaurant is clean (I think), except the washroom paper towels were out and the garbages full. Our service was 3 out of 10. Food came out, never saw our server until we paid our bill.

I thought lasagna had meat and ricotta, especially at an Italian restaurant. Theirs is layers of noodles with pasta sauce and cheese on top.
The overall experience exceeded my expectations. While the food itself wasn’t particularly extraordinary (Linguine alfredo was bland, Penne alfredo with pesto was so-so), the ambience and service at Pacini were top-notch. Special mention to Angel, who attended to our needs promptly and with exceptional care. We also enjoyed the bread bar with its unlimited bread, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant’s atmosphere makes you feel special too, especially the warm lighting...
We were staying at the hotel with our 5-month-old, so eating right there was the easiest option, no complaints. The pasta was awesome, favorite beer on tap, which was a bonus.

Service started off super slow, but once it picked up, it was amazing and attentive.

I skipped the bread table entirely (that’s just a wild concept to me—why fill up on carbs before more carbs?), but honestly, the pasta portions were perfect.
