They do not serve authentic Thai food. Tom yum soup was just a plain salty and spicy soup without Tom yum flavours.

I got the pad thai with tofu and it was awful. The tofu was soggy and tasteless; it had not been cooked long enough. The pad thai sauce was mostly water and thus flavorless. My partner got the pad thai with chicken and said it was ok but not something he’d recommend or get again. They did not sell Thai Iced Tea so that was a disappointment too. There are no other Thai restaurants in Banff but skip this it; it’s not worth it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Thai food at this restaurant. The quality simply did not justify the cost. The portion sizes were surprisingly small, and the flavor of the food was unappetizing. Notably, there was a complete lack of sauces or spices in any of the dishes, leaving them bland and uninspiring. The noodles were disappointingly overcooked, resulting in a chewy and dry texture.

The soups are decent. The pad Thai is very different (and kinda flavorless) than the ones we have had before. The chicken in my dish wasn’t thawed out properly and I have to leave it all out.Service was warm, busy and seemed like the kitchen was over run with many orders. They were turning away a lot of visitors by quoting a 45 min wait time to get them their food.Ambience is nothing to write home about. It’s a small-ish place in a tiny mall. Tight place with small tables.Wouldn’t go there if I was you.

This was hands down the worst phad thai and spring rolls we have ever had anywhere. Definitely avoid this place.

Tom Yum soup with Vegetarian broth was good. Ordered Pad Thai, Vegetable stir fry and Fried Rice. All of them were blend. No taste even though we ordered medium.

Loved my green curry tofu and jasmine rice. It was too spicy for me but it was delicious!

Sadly the pad see ew was very ewww. It was trenched in sweet sauce and overly salty. It was horrendous. The saving grace was Tom yum soup. Everything else is mediocre.

This restaurant had EXCELLENT fried tofu with peanut sauce. The red curry was flavorful and the soup was standard fare. This restaurant closed fairly early for a spot in the middle of a tourist area. We came at 6:30 and were told they would be closing soon.

Food are good. Wings are Awsome. Stir fry dishes were anticipated to be great however our food has more oil and salt then required. Host is very friendly with a clean lavatory.

Delicious food and accommodating staff. Worth to try when you go to Banff. I enjoyed the food. We will surely come back. Highly recommended?
