I’ve been to this place twice now, and it’s definitely my favourite ramen spot in town. It’s a bit small, so I recommend coming early to grab a table. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
We had dinner at Ramen Arashi in Banff and were blown away by how good the food was—easily some of the best ramen I’ve had in a long time. During our meal, there was a minor accident, but the way the staff and management handled it was truly impressive. They addressed it immediately, offered fair compensation, and showed a level of professionalism that deserves recognition. Great food, great service, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend if you're in Banff...
Ramen is tasty but the waitress rushed me since we sat down. She asked if we could order as soon as we sat down. And handed us the bill when we barely finished. I regret tipping. Even MacDonald provides better service.
