Has anyone else looked at the cost of booking a room at the Rimrock after renovations are complete? We used to pay $259 per night for a beautiful room with a view (including breakfast) and this was in October 2022. The same “renovated” room is now going to cost us $1300 per night without breakfast in October 2026. I am honestly in shock. Middle class Albertans have been priced out of this beautiful hotel in our own backyard by a new corporation who clearly only value rich international clients. Disappointed to say the least.

Probably the best dinner I've ever had. The splurge was worth it for our anniversary celebration. Friendly and kind wait staff, food was delicious and you can't beat the views. I loved how this fancy dining experience also wasn't at all pretentious. We'll be back!

This is one of the BEST kept secrets in Banff. As a local we have frequented Eden for our most special celebrations over the last 25 years and have never been disappointed. This last visit tops the list for overwhelming in every way. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to provide the most incredible experience for my family. We are so sad to be losing Eden and have already booked for one final visit in August. Much love to the staff of this restaurant.

The grande finale tasting menu was a celebration of a long wonderful culinary experience. Picking plates from different eras beautifully combined for a cohesive journey of flavour and styles. A fantastic meal with superb service. The Sommelier, Waiter and staff combined for 5 star service. Thank you Eden. Thank you RimRock!

Best fine dining food in Banff. Chef specializes in vegetarian dishes, they were top notch. The meats/fish was still good, but it is no surprise there is an option for a vegetarian tasting menu along with the regular one. Setting was elegant and the staff was a pleasure.
