Our tea experience was okay. We’ve had tea at the Ritz in London so the comparison may or may not be fair. The food bites were simply okay. Nothing to rave about or be left mesmerized by. The tea was good, but because it was served in ceramic teapots it quickly lost its heat so our tea became room temperature within a few minutes. I think the views and company were the best part of the experience. Wish I could rate this higher but in my own experience and opinion it was just...
We are so grateful for Marco, who provided us an excellent tea service and accommodated us in a special room after we were unable to sit next to each other. He was very attentive and helped us out with recommendations after our tour to Jasper got cancelled. He went so above and beyond, he deserves a raise!! The tea was also delicious along with the scones and desserts, I would definitely come again.
