The brewed coffee tasted as if the grounds had been used, then more water was poured on top to brew a second batch, very disappointing. The espresso drinks (a vanilla bean latte) were good. I would recommend other coffee shops in the area.

Well, i ordered a mocha frappe and she put at least 20 ice cubes with a half cup of chocolate syrup. How did it taste? Like ice. I paid $7 for a large cup which is actually a medium cup and for ice with some cocoa powder. It tastes horrible and money wasted. Never coming here again.

Had a dark chocolate and hazelnut latte and it was amazing! Akash was great customer service, very kind and welcoming. Lovely little cafe in the centre of Banff, will be back! :)

This is my favourite coffee shop in Banff to come too! The main barista Akash is the nicest person in town! Always makes the best coffee/ hot chocolate, and he is always got a big smile on his face and great conversation, he is always happy to see us coming back! I will continue coming back to this location purely because of him!
