Everything was amazing!!! We had the seafood chowder, caviar special, house bread and short rib. Every bite was delightful! Views are beautiful and Sophia (our server) was a joy. 100% recommend!

We had the most amazing view. We ordered a hamburger with fries and a short rib beef tartine. We enjoyed lunch so much that we then had dessert, hot tea, and hazelnut coffee. So fun.

Sky Bistro is definitely worth visiting for the views alone—absolutely stunning and a unique dining experience perched high above Banff. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. As for the food, it was decent but not exceptional. The burger stood out and was really good, but overall, you’re paying more for the ambiance than a culinary wow-factor. Still, it's a memorable spot and worth trying at least once for the setting and experience.

We don’t do fancy high priced meals very often so it’s hard to rate the food and service versus other restaurants. But we had a great time.
We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday and I really wanted to do something special.
It was not cheap but it was worth it. The views along the window tables are just incredible.
The food and service was very good! Thanks John our waiter and everyone else who was involved with the service staff.

Spent 3 hours hiking up Mount Sulphur looking so forward to lunch at the top, we arrived before 1pm (they close at 2pm) but the restaurant was locked tight, with two staff inside that were ignoring the door. For a restaurant that either requires a $70 ticket to get there, or a moderate hike up a mountain, they should really plaster it all over their website if they plan to be randomly closed. Of course they don't care about the individual customer, even with such practices they will be full to the brim with the amount of tourist that visit this area. But we certainly won't be giving them a second chance. Too many amazing restaurants in town that care about their customers.

Our waitress was great, very helpful and checked in on us frequently. Unfortunately the food was a big let down. Both burgers were burnt, and the mashed potatoes were dry. Felt like they have no other competition, which is true....
Well this was truly the most beautiful place I have ever been too. However the service was not great. It took around 20 minutes if not more to get my drink. The chowder was really tasty and came out right away

The only thing that was good was the brisket. Everything else was sub par. Soda was flat, salmon was dry, green salad was wilted, not sure how they managed to have dry turkey in soup but they somehow did it! The bread was exceptionally dry as well. It seemed like everything was left out for too long. Flies on the dessert. The service was good and the views were spectacular.

Wow! What an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the Canadian Rockies, I knew this was going to be a gem for wedding photos but my expectations was exceeded! Spectacular views combined with the friendliest gondola staff and the Bistro Bar's food was top notch! What a memorable day and cant wait to be back!
