Starbucks is a popular coffee shop known for its consistent and reliable service. The staff are friendly and helpful, quickly preparing well-made drinks. While the location can be noisy and crowded, especially on weekends, customers can count on free Wi-Fi and clean restrooms. The shop is cozy, spacious, and offers great service, making it a good spot to enjoy a coffee. The Apple croissant is highly recommended, and visitors are encouraged to purchase a beautiful Banff mug as a souvenir. Although busy, especially on main strip downtown Banff, mobile ordering can help avoid lines. Occasionally, drinks may be made incorrectly, but staff generally provide good service and are very nice. Overall, Starbucks provides a reliable and enjoyable coffee experience across its global locations.
