Stopped here as part of a Rocky Mountaineer Rail tour. About 25 of us were going to take the Gondola to the top, and explore the area. While waiting, noticed that they had a Starbucks onsite. Not ever wanting to miss a Starbucks hot beverage, I ordered a hot chocolate (my usual is a tea latte). They even offered to add extra whip cream, and chocolate drizzle. Talk about decandent. The staff were relatively new, but everyone was trying their best to made us happy.
Nice job by the crew. The hot chocolate was delicious.

The server lucie was really rude. I ordered a drink and paid however i forgot to add in one more order so i asked if i can order again but she said that i had to go back to the line again on the most unfriendliest and unproffesional tone. Would not come back. Also, $10 for a tall drink is crazy.

Great location. Windows facing the forest were amazing. A bit crammed due to decoration though. Helpful and friendly staff.

When we ordered three drinks, my husband asked for hot water, and they gave it for FREE. Others also received hot water for FREE. Later, my sister-in-law bought a cake pop and cookies, and when she asked for hot water, a staff member (who seemed to be Russian) asked her 25 cents to get hot water (Duhhh). Additionally, a staff member from Banff Gondola gave an attitude and side-eyed us. Sometimes, people working cannot give equal treatment to customers. It's a sad world. Do you have any ideas on how to spread kindness, especially to those in need? Next time learn how to be consistent. Take note we gave also 20% a tip for them.
P.S. To the Chinese guy staff member who gave us hot water for FREE, thank you!

Sad to say this Starbucks no good service crew no prafer greetings not to say hello welcome to Starbucks no customer service even customer relation nothing its my first time to encounter your crew is no prafer training I order 2 hot drinks and 2 Frappuccino im waiting 30mnts after that they give me 3 hot and 1 Frappuccino I said it's mistake and sad to say no any apology she said it's your order I said no it's not my order after that don't have choice they can not changes my order this is the worst Starbucks that I expirience sad to say pls monitor your location

I ordered two drinks for $18. I asked for another glass of ice water, and he charged me 25 cents, which was fine, but the person who made the drink took my coin and put it in his own pocket. I don't know why others are not charged for the water cup, but the people who make drinks charge me. The worst experience I have

Its very good place to go for breakfast just before going to the gondola and esspecially the croisant is amazing!!! I also got soya milk wich is amazing but very hot!! I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and has a beautiful view!!! Amazing place
