Had a really disappointing experience at this Subway today. The employee, Ramon, made my veggie sandwich without changing his gloves after handling meat, which is a big deal for someone who doesn’t eat meat for dietary or personal reasons. I asked him to change gloves, and he just ignored it.

On top of that, he barely put any veggies on the sandwich—even after I asked him twice to add more. It felt like he was rushing and didn’t really care about the quality or the customer. Really frustrating experience. If you care about cleanliness or getting what you paid for, I’d skip this location or hope someone else is working.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Subway inside Banff National Park, one of Canada’s most famous tourist destinations. The employee was not only completely unhelpful but also displayed a terrible attitude.
• When we asked about parking, she just said she didn’t know, with no effort to help.
• When we inquired about ordering online through the Subway app, she again said she didn’t know, showing zero interest in assisting customers.
• Her rude and dismissive behavior was shocking, especially in a place that serves tourists from all over the world.
• Worst of all, there was a clear sense of discrimination in how she treated us, making the experience even more disappointing.

This kind of attitude is a disgrace to a brand like Subway. Staff should be properly trained, especially in a high-profile tourist location like Banff. Management needs to take immediate action—this employee is unfit for customer service and should not be representing Subway.

I ordered through uber and there was no drivers available & I had to pick up the food myself. Upon arrival, I explained the situation and the workers there helped me out. The subs were freshly made and really delicious. Good service and good food. Couldn’t ask for more.

I am a long time local and have come here tons of times with the best service everyone is always nice and kind. However today was the opposite. The lady named Parmeet I think is how you spell her name. She called me sir I normally don’t care but she just looked me up and down judged me on what I was wearing. I order the turkey ranch and she said you are only allowed to have 3 toppings I said I ordered last night and I got to have 4 and never in my life heard of subway having a limit on veggies I don’t mind a small amount I just wanted my regular toppings I always get for years. Then she was being rude. I know I got a bit short but never have had such a starting ann order experience like that. When it was toasted and I was asking for my toppings hoping I could get my 4th one the other lady was rude as well. I asked for pepper and she dumps so much in the sandwich basically making it unedible. I ate half before I had to throw it out. I am super disappointed the night staff is way better if I try going again I will look out for those 2 because no one should be judged for how they look and if I wanted 4 toppings I would of been willing to pay an extra dollar but now my food was ruined by so much pepper.
