Absolutely terrible customer service, March 5 2025 11:15 ish was the time when we went here to get our subs, the sub artist that took our order didn't have a name tag and the other girl with her on the shift was parneet. I don't even know where to start from, our subs were made in such a hurry when there was no other customers in the store and I've been eating subway for years so I know they toast it for 15 seconds which mine was only done for 6 seconds and for a foot long sub there only putting a couple pieces of onions black olives when it's a veggie sub it's supposed to have veggies I was so embarrassed I had to ask multiple times to get the toppings and still wasn't being acknowledged by the sub artist, she just keeps saying anything else what else same thing she did with my girlfriend too, not to mention the rude demeanor and tone. Please quit your job if you don't like being on work or helping customers as an attitude like that won't take you anywhere and wear a name tag so people know who you are. If someone from management is reading this you need to school your sub artist for the absolutely disgraceful behavior and tone they have with customers especially if they're doing it to everyone. People should start walking out of subway just like they were doing with chipotle so they'll know how important customers are and don't be cheap on the veggies it's just veggies not meat. Do better
