I have to say we absolutely loved this place. This review was long overdue, but here it is. We visited to days in a row. The food was very fresh, and the drinks, everything tasted so good. We ordered the salmon donburi and different rolls. We ordered with lots of specifications and the server moona (not sure if Iām spelling correctly) made sure every order was right. She was such a light, the service was so amazing. We even chatted with her for a while.
We had too many sushi meals on this Canada trip, even in Banff. We walked on the street back and forth a couple of times to decide what to eat. Sushi Bistro's prices were okay but also has smaller potions compared to the city.

Perfect salad š„ for entree after a delicious Ramen and Gyoza for my wife. Banff, walking trail, Sushi Bistro. Absolutely great combo. Highly recommend Sushi Bistro for everyone who loves Japanese cuisine. š£ š„ š
