This could be the most local Awesome bar in all of Banff. Happy hour all day Sunday, great specials, and great drinks. The prices are amazing! Had a beer and the poutine, which is probably the best poutine I’ve ever had! I’ll be back many more times.
Stopped in to see if I should stay here for the night or go on my way. I had the special, chicken tortillas. Decent but not spicy lacking flavour so get the trio of sauces for it. You have to pre pay for your food and drinks. I have stayed here in the past, female bunk rooms. I liked their location in Kelowna also.
We were staying in this hostel and didn't know until we got here that they had their own restaurant. Honestly didn't know WHAT to expect but only ate there on a whim as we were very tired from hiking.
That being said, WOW wow this place is absolutely amazing. We were hungry and tried many dishes and all were loved:
-Curry soup - I'm not a curry fan but my partner devoured it.
