I stopped in for a coffee and encountered the most disgusting washrooms I have ever seen. The toilet was clogged and overflowing, with dirty toilet paper scattered across the floor, and there was no toilet paper available at all. This level of neglect is entirely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one serving food and beverages. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend management address these issues immediately.

The garbage was over flowing, my son in-law said the men’s toilet was plugged and there was no toilet paper or paper towel in the men’s either. I went and told one of the staff and she just looked at me and walked away.

A Londoner visiting Canada for the first time so I had breakfast from here everyday for the time we were at Banff.
The menu has so many different varieties compared to UK.
Food was great and amazing coffee.

Dropped by after a hike at Johnson Canyon, The staff are friendly but the washrooms is where they need help... The washroom was far from clean and well if there not going to repair the hand dryer they can at the very least have paper towel for the patrons. Do better Banff Tim Horton's.

For such a busy tim horton's in a touristy town.The design is definitely a bit.Weird and it could use a few more washrooms, but the service was excellent and the food tastes the same everywhere you go.

I stopped at this Tim Hortons and ordered a BELT on an everything bagel for takeout. The bagel wasn’t even cut, and then they charged me an extra $0.25 for a paper bag. For takeout food, a bag should be included, that’s basic customer service. Charging extra for a bag on top of not preparing the sandwich properly doesn’t reflect good service at all.

They were super busy this morning but well staffed and served the orders quickly without any mistake on my order. I like that they served my food on a ceramic plate since I wanted to dine in the restaurant. Always has been a good Tim Hortons location to visit 🙂
