The only Tim's in Banff at an out of the way location across the hospital with no drive thru. It would be nice if they could be located more central like on Banff Ave. The food selection such as choices of pastries are less but overall quality is about the same as other Tim's. My go to place for a Tim's fix. Next closest Tim's with more selection and a drive thru is in Canmore.

They messed up 2 things of my order. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and they gave me an egg sandwich. I ordered a chipotle steak wrap and they gave me a breakfast wrap. I told the staff I ordered a chipotle steak wrap and all they did was add chipotle sauce. No lettuce, no chipotle rice, no chopped tomato’s.

The staff here is very efficient. Super fast and accurate. The food and coffee at T.Ho's is consistent and I can say this is one of the better experiences I've had. The only knock is that we couldn't find where any of the napkins were, so we weren't able to clean the table we wanted to sit at. The tables could have been a bit cleaner, but the number of people moving in and out of this location must make it pretty hard to manage all of the cleaning so quickly.
