Hi, very slow service take so long.
Food: 1
Service: 1
Thanks God, they have washrooms available haha. The workers are very nice, polite and the food was fresh and delicious. Thanks đ
Garbage cans all over the restaurant were overflowing. Staff couldnât care less that garbage was overflowing onto the floors.
Bathrooms gross, again garbage all over floor and counter. Both washrooms. Had to use Brewster next door.
If everything is that dirty, why would I ever order food here.
I thought Tim Hortons had high standards.
Banff branch of Tim Hortons.
Tried the cilantro chicken wrap for the first time. It was soooo tasty. Also the Boston donut. The black coffee was very nice too.
Best Tim Horton's coffee in Alberta, west of Calgary. Short wait to order but not bad. Cleanliness is where ALL the points are lost including garbage bins completely full and then stacked high on top even.
Busy store, but they have it together and get your order out efficiently.
Tim Hortons had good service and the coffee was fresh and consistent. A reliable spot for a quick and smooth caffeine fix.
My visit to the Tim Hortons at 100 Gopher Street in Banff, Canada, in the afternoon was an average experience, earning a three-star review. Tucked just off the main road, this location is convenient for travelers but not right in Banffâs bustling downtown. The exterior blends with the townâs scenic charm, though the lack of clear signage from the main strip made it a bit hard to locate without a map or app.
The service was decent but unremarkable. Since it wasnât very busy in the afternoon, I expected a smoother experience, but the staff seemed a bit distracted, and my interaction at the counter felt rushed.
The food was okay but not exceptional. The sandwich was affordable, especially in pricey Banff, but didnât quite hit the mark in terms of quality. The restaurant was reasonably clean, though a couple of tables had leftover crumbs, which stood out given the low crowd. The parking lot was easy to navigate with fewer customers around, which was a plus.
The atmosphere was quiet, typical of an off-peak Tim Hortons, with free Wi-Fi that worked fine for basic browsing. The seating area was comfortable enough, but the overall vibe felt a bit lackluster. This Tim Hortons is a convenient stop for a quick bite in Banff, but the lukewarm drink, so-so food quality, and indifferent service keep it from standing out. Itâs fine for a low-key visit, but based on my experience and similar online feedback, itâs not a must-visit spot.
Usually very crowded staff is very cordial and quick in service
Very fast and very professional!! Respects!

Awesome
Great place, great environment,
The two filipino staff here, one wearing red uniform the other in the regular orange uniform, I canât say good things about. Thereâs 3 staff in an empty store and no one at the cashiers. When I finally asked where can we order, the one in the orange said âWeâre not ready to take your order yet.â in a Timâs with barely any people. The one in red which I assume is supposed to be a manager didnât even say anything and just kept on with her inventory. If youâre tired or donât like your job, the truth is you still have a job to do. Quit if you hate doing it.
