Food was an extra 25 minutes but we were warned before we were seated. Half the fountain drinks were not available. Bunch of glasses were dropped on floor. Drink from bar was spilled across table. Half of the St. Louis ribs were burnt. They did comp that meal and a dessert. There were odd things we saw at other tables as well. I have been to TRs before so I did not expect high end dining. The staff are nice but it was a bit of shambles overall. All the rest of the food we did enjoy.

Waiter was great but the food was very disappointing the kids nuggets were a very dry chicken tender cut very small and the fries were so salty I had to wipe them off.The wait staff was great tho and that's the only reason I'm giving it a 2.

It's empty for a reason. I'm alone here. We came and asked for 2 drinks, can't even finish them lol ?. Banff is sick though, enjoy you're trip.

I think we were lucky with our server. She was great and service efficient for a mid tier restaurant. We did however witness others not experiencing the same. It's Tony Roma's, not the Banff Springs Hotel, with the right perspective you will likely get what you expect.

I had an incredible experience at Tony Romas. Initially, I had ordered a well-done steak and it came back medium-rare. Upon telling the server, she profusely apologized and worked with the manager to rectify the situation immediately. They provided a snack and an extra drink while I waited the extra time and I was visited by the manager and chef, apologizing again. My final bill was discounted greatly. What could have been a very disappointing experience turned out to be a highlight in our trip to Banff and I left with admiration for the restaurant and staff.

Went there for dinner this weekend and service was horrible it went from bad to worse. As soon as we got there the waitress snapped at the hostess right in front of our large group. Felt really uncomfortable and felt really bad for the hostess (not sure if there was a conflict between the two prior to us arriving but you definitely feel the tension) we placed our order as it was not busy at all when we got there this was around 430. We waited for a while for our food and all of a sudden the waitress showed up with a plate full of fries and asked if the manager has come to talk to as there was a problem with our order. We said no, she explained that the “hostess” gave our order to the wrong table and that they are re making our order right away. We waited probably for another 30 minutes for our meal and all of a sudden you had the manager and probably the assistant manager bringing our meal to us. Manager didn’t apologize at all for the mixup nor explained anything and only ask how else they can help us or if the food was good. The food was cold, we ordered steaks and it was pretty pricey and it was not great at all. The ribs were over cooked and cold and so was the fries and the kids meal the chicken nuggets were over cooked and hard for them to eat. At this point we waited probably 1.5 hours for our meal. Turns out another table behind us had similar situation like our table and complained to the waitress we were sharing and she snapped at him. Let’s say she was not very friendly when it came to us when paying for the bill. Since it was a group of 6 we had to automatically pay 18% gratuity which is no problem for us but for a service that we received and seeing how they snapped at customers and giving attitude I definitely wouldn’t have given her the 18%. I know it shared tips between the front and back but maybe this location should sit down and reevaluate how they can handle situations better in the future.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences every. Started right at the front door. Wasn't welcomed at all. It was almost like we were bothering the hostess for showing up. If you don't want to do the job at least pleasantly. You really should find something else to do. Food wasn't at all up to other restaurants in the area. Won't be going back or any other tony romas in the future. Don't waste your time or money here. Lots of great options close by.

A little disappointing bearing in mind the price. Very few other customers in dining but our mains were brought out before one of our party had finished their starter. Menu was a lot more limited than it used to be. Tony Roma's menu used to be extensive, now it is rather sad and lacklustre. Won't be dining at TR again.

Had a great meal, the ribs are also always good, the restaurant is very clean and friendly. We were vacationing in Banff and it was in a great location with very efficient and friendly staff....also want to thank them for arranging our souvenir Banff glass, it was a nice touch!

Tony Romas served decent food once, but times have changed. Many menu items have disappeared and what's left is not good. The ribs were dry and the seasoning was bland and boring. Nobody at my table finished their meal and all agreed that they would not be returning. We weren't expecting anything spectacular, but Tony Romas always had decent enough food in the past. They also had a very limited beer selection. At least the service wasn't as terrible as the food.

I have been visited this restaurant several times, never been disappointed with its great taste and excellent service.The ribs are beautifully marinated, the bbq sauce is to die for, and the potato skins are baked to perfection. The choice of bacon and cheese was very well thought out.

Wow what a lovely dinner it was food were superbly delicious stakes are coming with perfectly as we wanted well-done . Staffs are so helpful and kind to help and suggest over food and drinks. Surely come back it would be our long-lasting memories the best in life . Keep rocking and the manager was very helpful and kind.

The restaurant was reopened recently. The dining area is very clean and staff very friendly. One of our orders was chicken wings and they’re the best to our taste. Costs are reasonable. Would highly recommend.
