I came here a few months ago on a vacation, and it was pretty delicious, eating here reminded me of the canto restaurants I usually eat, and the only thing is that I found that the Chow Mein was a bit bland then how I usually eat it. But it was very well done and the cooking was entertaining when waiting for my food.
Good place to have a lunch or diner. The meals are big so make sure you are hungry enough if you stop by for a lunch ;) I like #2 Sweet & Sour pork. Delicious vegtables as well.

Being it in Banff I thought it would be overpriced, but it is better price than some other food court mall food in Calgary. I would come back in my next Banff visit.
