“Absolute hidden Gem. Currently operating as a breakfast and lunch restaurant so don't let the name fool you. Breakfast worth stopping for as well. Fresh cubed hash browns and one of the best Bennys I've had in awhile. Awesome decor inside and immaculate modern bathrooms. Just passing through town but hoping the best for this place that they can get things going enough to be open at night cause it's a place I'd love to have a beer and hangout. “We were running an errand in Irricana, and they recommended The Beefsteak in Beiseker for lunch. We were thrilled they did! Its a lovely old school family restaurant, decked out now for Christmas. Our hostess was absolutely lovely too, running the place w/ effortless efficiency, and it was full for lunch. We were both hungry, hankering for homemade food, preferably Ukrainian. My hubby ordered the cabbage rolls, with a hearty clam chowder to start. I ordered the pirogies w/ onions & sausage. We shared a small Caesar salad too. All authentic. All delicious. So if you're driving along the 9 and need to stop in for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, or just a break to have a drink and play a round of pool, we *highly recommend* The Beefsteak!!“
