“I've been here twice in the last week or so and I had two different experiences.The first visit was great. We had some beers and I ordered the brisket and broccoli salad. The brisket was amazing. The espresso bbq sauce goes very well with it. And the broccoli salad was delicious. Food, overall, was top notch. The beer selection is really nice too. Service on that day was great.The second visit, where we just had some drinks, was less great. This was on Family Day and we waited almost 10 minutes for someone to greet us (the place was almost empty) and the server that ended up helping us seemed like she would rather have been anywhere else. When we went the previous time, my girlfriend had a beer with an orange slice in it but we couldn't remember exactly what beer it was. When we asked the server she shrugged and said they don't really do that, but it was MAYBE the mango wheat ale. We ended up getting the mango wheat ale and it did come with the orange slice, but the uncertainty left us with a weird feeling. It just seemed like the server didn't care one way or another.I'm hoping that second experience is a one-off, but due to that I cannot give this place 5-stars. I'll likely be back soon and hopefully my next experience is better - but if that happens again we won't come back.Overall, food is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and the smell of the smoked meats is intoxicating. But a bad service experience will put off anyone.“
“A coworker recommended this place for a late apres work lunch and we loved it! There are so many interesting dishes to try so we will be back. The gyoza appy was delicious! So good we ate before taking a photo so you will have to take our word for it. YUMMY!“
“The experience is always amazing from the moment we came in the manager is excellent he is always making sure we have good service and our waitress cass and others they are so on top of refills asking how is the food if we need anything else . I love to recognize the restaurant where I go because of the friendliness, good service, great food great atmosphere and cleaness I love coming back to this restaurant in airdrie ???“

“Dropped in last night and only one server was working, but she was so fantastic it wasn’t an issue.My mom ordered a steak, forgot what she asked for doneness, but figured it was too rare for her liking when it was served. Told the server, no problem and took it back to cook it some more. She brought it back, confirmed that it was done medium, but my mom felt it was still too rare looking. Again, no problem, the server got the steak cooked a little more and brought it back. She stood and patiently waited to get my mom’s approval. In the end, my mom left happy and we can’t say enough good things about the server.“
“My boyfriend and I have been going to glitch music bingo for just over 2 months now. We love the host on Mondays. Tonight was our first night at trivia and we had a blast. We won for the funniest answers so that was nice as well! Just a huge shout out to Casey she’s amazing and the reason we keep coming back and the reason we started to come to trivia. All staff are amazing but she really deserves a huge shout out. :)“
