Ordered an extra large French vanilla at the blackfalds location and when I took a drink it is literally hot slightly French vanilla flavoured water! Very disappointed!!!
I feel that they really need to start double checking the orders before they give them out to the customers. Just because the items are in front of you does not mean you should give them to the next customer.
The oy saving grace is that the young people who work there are always polite and curdious, until the older women who work there.
