“We stopped at the Burger Baron in Bonnyville partly for nostalgia reasons. We recall many locations across Alberta growing up and we wanted to relive that distinctive Burger Baron taste. We were not disappointed. We had a mushroom Swiss, Canadian burger, cheeseburger, family fries, milkshakes… terrific! The seasoning salt on the crinkle fries is classic! The staff were friendly and there was space to park around the outside of the building to eat our food. Our only criticism of the facility was the difficulty in driving close enough to the takeout window to reach/obtain your food. We had to drive a bit away from the building to open the driver’s side door to get the food.“
“The charismatic, sweet woman working the till on Friday made this A&W stand out from any other. She goes above and beyond the expectations of her position and deserves recognition. Each customer is treated to the best genuine welcome and servitude. The food was very well prepared with fresh ingredients.“
“A few nights ago, I took too many edibles and went to the stratosphere, giving me a bad case of the munchies. Here I was at 10:30 at night craving french fries, even though I’d already had supper. I started looking through all the restaurants in Cold Lake, desperately trying to find a place that was still open. Finally, I found the holy grail that was Express Pizza Plus. Despite the obscene hour, they were more than happy to deliver food to my dingy room at the base. I ordered their French Fry Chicken Nuggie combo. The food was nicely spiced and cooked to perfection. It tasted like it had been kissed by an angel. The portion was also huge; there was at least enough food there for 2 sober people. 10/10, you guys made me a happy stoner and I would definitely eat here again.“
“Very good at customer service we ordered ice creams and snacks and stuff very good very tasty they even had the special on for $9 where you get a hamburger fries Sunday and a drink I wouldn't turn it down for anything something cheap but yet something filling Love it keep up the good work guys recommended to everyone.“
“I brought my kids in yesterday for a quick bite to eat, I found this (see picture) in my sons 4 piece chicken nugget box. He immediately started crying but a nice woman named kadain came over and gave him a free ice cream and a happy meal toy. Me and my kids mother recently divorced and this has been a really tough time for them but thanks to the quick thinking of one of your employees all was well again! Good job McDonald’s, what started off as a bad thing turned into me and my family walking out with smiles on our faces, will definitely be back!“
