“One of my pet peaves about this whole pandemic thing was everyone fussing about masks but my lifestyle rarely needs one so almost never have on on me. Just not habit. Well today was the same. But unlike every other place that either makes snide remarks gives dirty looks and turn u away. These folks merely handed me a new mask without a word being said. Great business ethics“
“Very good at customer service we ordered ice creams and snacks and stuff very good very tasty they even had the special on for $9 where you get a hamburger fries Sunday and a drink I wouldn't turn it down for anything something cheap but yet something filling Love it keep up the good work guys recommended to everyone.“
“This store in Bonnyville has got positive vibes. I entered and saw customers have been taken care when ordering and promptly delivered. Saw the supervisor hear the orders from the kitchen and made it clear to the customer that's what they ordered, and served to them with smile. I reached earlier than my said time on online ordering, but was ready ahead of it and was apologized I had to wait just 2 minutes. Definitely will visit thus store, recommend and thank you KFC“
“I brought my kids in yesterday for a quick bite to eat, I found this (see picture) in my sons 4 piece chicken nugget box. He immediately started crying but a nice woman named kadain came over and gave him a free ice cream and a happy meal toy. Me and my kids mother recently divorced and this has been a really tough time for them but thanks to the quick thinking of one of your employees all was well again! Good job McDonald’s, what started off as a bad thing turned into me and my family walking out with smiles on our faces, will definitely be back!“
“Catherine and Kayla (I hope I’m spelling them correctly) were amazing to deal with. I went to go pick up dinner that I ordered online, and Catherine came to me and told me my pizza stuck to the top of the oven so a piece of it didn’t look as nice as the rest. It wasn’t a concern for me at all, but just to be kind she made a new one for free. The staff was super nice and pleasant and as always, the food is amazing and very fresh. It was my first time coming here and I’ll definitely be back“
