“This location is the best McDonald’s in the city. I’m usually going through drive thru late at night, and Jen is always so kind and friendly. Last night we went inside to order, and I witnessed Jen dealing with a customer complaint. She stayed professional and offered multiple solutions to their issue, when ultimately they decided they would rather curse at her and try to argue. She was pleasant the entire time all the way up to when they left the store. Despite this interaction she remained friendly and kind to us as well as the customers behind us. 10/10 recommend this location!!“

I ordered a ride bowl which ended up soggy and wet but when I brought it to their attention they were really good about acknowledging the issue and wanting to make it right.

It's not always about doing things perfectly but how you deal with issue and they addressed it very well and deserve the 5 stars in my opinion.“
