My husband and I order takeout a couple of times a month, and we have never had any problems. Karen is always very friendly and we live outside of Bonnyville, so we don’t have a problem picking up our order.
Well, Ruibo Zhao, the owner of this restaurant is also an authentic Chinese born and raised in China. There should be a reason for the difference you are seeing. Especially, panda express is a franchise restaurant in North America like Mc Donald's or so. A lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants in Canada are not really authentic too.You should be able to expect that.

I’m a regular here but today that stops. My cousin took me for lunch and while I was ordering she walked away from us. We were still eating and she asked us to pay, my cousin said yes I’m paying you I’ll finish eating first. Tired of her rude behaviour.
