“Recommended! Rimbey is fortunate to have a restaurant like this. The food is excellent. We recently went to a Chinese restaurant in Edmonton that we were told was one of the best; it was very popular (busy), but we thought Happy Valley’s food was better. The proprietors, Mae and John, get to know their customers by name. Mae’s Chinese accent sometimes requires a careful ear for full understanding, but she is a friendly, open and generous individual.“
