Service a solid 4.5star…. not the staff’s problem the scanner wasn’t working for points… straws and one stall in the washroom were out of TP though an attendant was on it right away. Food was fast, fresh and delicious and lotsssss of beverage choices in the do-it-yourself dispenser. We really appreciate Wendy’s. Lots of natural light in the building. Know that when you’re extra hungry just upgrade your fries to a baked potato. A little extra $ though.
One consistent problem. The person taking the order whether inside or out messes up order or forgets items altogether. The language barrier is definitely the problem. Why do they put people with heavy accents and unable to clearly understand the English speaking customer at the till or the window. So tired of it.

2/3 washrooms were closed down. The one working washroom didn't have a working soap dispenser. The hamburger must have been sitting for hours - it was hardened/dry and almost flavourless. They shouldn't have served it.
