They don’t check for their mobile orders. I thought it would be quicker to order a few minutes ahead and just pick up my order at the counter. However, I saw customer after customer get served, while I remained waiting at the counter. I had to flag someone down to look into my order and it took two people to figure it out. It approximately 10 minutes standing at the counter to finally get my order, which was a cup of coffee.
