i had the rare beef pho, #17and spring rolls, my wife had wonton soup, #3 and salad rolls,#5. We were impressed with all our items. The broth in both soups were excellent. the wonton broth was chicken based. It was clear and maybe one of the best we have tasted. We will be back.
Excellent service and good food
The best pho I had tasted. Very tasty, large portion, lots of beef stew and noodles. Different style compare to other Vietnamese restaurants. They have varieties of drinks; smoothies, bubble tea etc. Very friendly owner and staff. Clean restaurant including the washroom. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Pho Van Vietnamese Noodle House has been a long-standing favorite, known for their delicious pho with signature beefy broth. Their Bo Kho noodle soup is flavorful with beef tendon and chunks of beef. The Bun Bo Hue is also highly recommended. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including the chicken and shrimp fried rice, which has become a popular choice among regular customers. The crunchy sub and deep-fried spring rolls are must-haves, with the spring rolls described as delicious and not greasy at all. The veggies in the vermicelli dishes are fresh, enhancing the overall dining experience. Despite occasional closures for vacation, the friendly staff provides service that feels authentic to Vietnam, encouraging customers to make eye contact for assistance. With tasty dishes and a welcoming atmosphere, Pho Van is definitely worth a visit.
