“For me, this is one of the few Vietnamese bakeries in Calgary that truly tastes like “banh mi” back home in Vietnam. The bread is always fresh, crispy on the outside, and packed with delicious fillings.

The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her customers, which makes every visit a great experience. My favorite are the Cold Cut Sub and Pork Belly Sub—both are flavorful, authentic, and always satisfying.

I also recommend their herbal tea and pandan coconut jelly—they’re both refreshing and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite places for authentic Vietnamese flavors!“

“We came here on Friday for the first time and to our surprise, it was very delicious. Almost everything we order on Brunch menu was good cater to our taste, Pho was good and we order an extra one for our daughter.

And the food is simply outstanding. I highly recommend paying a visit and trying anything on the menu and you will be absolutely delighted. I had a traditional assorted meat sub which was excellent and I also tried the stewed beef with rice outstanding as well.
After my fourth visit to this place I tried probably the best curry chicken stew I've ever tasted. I had it with a fresh warmed up baguette. The chicken thigh and arrowroot that she uses in this stew burst with flavor because of the seasoning she uses to make the dish which includes lemongrass.... You must try this offering well worth it.“

“This pho place is SO GOOD!! Not enough words to explain how flavourful the pho was. The portion size for the regular bowl is awesome - even better for its affordable price. They assemble your bowls in front of you and you get to customize which vegetables or broth you want. Customer service is TOP TIER! Shoutout to Maricar - the best person to be serviced by! She was great in making us feel welcomed, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is the place to go for late-night eats with a good atmosphere! 10000/10“

“This is the best Vietnamese place in Calgary, and I’m not kidding. I’ve lived here since 2018 and tried my fair share of Pho and Noodle joints, this is more than that. My recommendation, get the Vermicelli noodles with spring roles, or just get the garlic noodles or Satay Pho. But really, not matter what you pick you’re gonna like it.“

“Cute little place with friendly service. We originally came for the drinks because we know how good they are and noticed they had banh canh cua (fresh dungeness crab in udon noodle soup). Very few places carry this dish and its by far one of my favourite dishes. They did an absolute amazing job with this dish, definitely something to get when you're there. The drinks are superb especially the mangonada, still my fave.

Everything that we ordered is delicious! Whenever we're in town we definitely make one or two stops here. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the service was exceptional. Only good things to say about this place.“

“I don't usually want to write reviews, but the food was prompt, very delicious and the temperature of the pho was very much just right (hot while not burning you). It was pretty busy when I came to eat, so I wasn't immediately served. However, the wait wasn't long and the food got here in a timely manner. They also served complimentary tea, which most pho places should but don't practice. And the price point for the pho was very good for the size you are getting. I will be coming here again when I have the chance.“

“This place is one of the reasons I enjoy coming to dragon plaza mall. Always when I’m hungry. Enough seats to be able to sit down to eat there, polite customer service. This is the place I recommend when craving a Vietnamese sub, I generally only order the spicy beef, but I imagine everything else here is made with the same quality. The bread itself is perfect, good crunch while maintaining a level of fresh softness to it as well. Parking during peak hours can be a little tough but otherwise, well priced.“

“This is me and the teams most go to spot for lunch! If you work downtown - highly recommend for lunch. I love their sate beef sub with cheese extra toasted. I love their soup. I love their spring rolls - they make it without shrimp. I love their vermicelli too. I think the only thing true viets might not like is how watered down their fish sauce is because i know how strong and more salty we prefer it in our culture but i totally get why they make it lighter to appease a wider audience especially during lunch at work when you have to go back to probably business meetings after. Love this place and their service is fast and it's family owned.“

“We visited the market on the recommendation of the Concierge at our hotel and it was amazing! The variety of vendors and quality of the food & drink was impressive. I had an Indian meal while my wife had Mexican. We ordered some nice wine and ate on the open air patio. We were surprised by the number of young families and pets, but it really made the atmosphere more enjoyable. We very much encourage a visit to this market if you find yourself in Calgary!“

“Absolutely god tier bahn mi in the cleanest kitchen I have seen in my life after 20 years in the industry. It's almost like the twilight zone looking in there, I don't understand how a kitchen can be that spotless 24/7. Ignoring the food and locale, it's ran by the kindest and most Charismatic couple I could ever imagine.

“Definitely one of the best vietnamese restaurants I've ever eaten at! I came here for lunch and the place was packed by 12:30, Yet my food came so fast I could hardly believe it. The prices are very affordable. I orded the Lobster seafood satay noodle soup, and some salad rolls. The soup was so flavorful and had 1 full large lobster tail and a small 1/2 tail. This soup was only $20. A normal seafood noodle soup was around $13, so I litterally only paid 7$ for lobster! The salad rolls were big snd fresh, and the peanut sauce was creamy & warm! I will definitely be coming back to try some other dishes.Still the best in Calgary.“

“I came across this Mexican restaurant by chance while looking for a place to eat in Northeast Calgary, and I’m so glad I did. The moment you walk in, it has such a cozy, authentic vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a little corner of Mexico.

I ordered the enchiladas, and they were excellent. The tortillas tasted fresh, the chicken was juicy, and the veggies were crisp and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and everything tasted homemade.
