“Dined in at this location the other week. I’ve never been disappointed with Subway and that is still true today, they have a great selection of meats, breads, and sauces for the price that you pay. Easy to purchase for takeout and convenient as well because there’s a ton of locations around the city. My only qualm with this location is that I attempted to use a coupon here, showed it to the lady making my sandwiches, was acknowledged, however, when it came time to make the payment, I wasn’t informed that I had to scan the coupon and so the coupon was not applied towards my meal. Regardless, the location was clean, food was delicious, and service was good aside from the earlier stated miscommunication.“

“Hands down, the best subway in the city. My girlfriend & I frequently this location at least 2 times a week. Always have FRESH ingredients ready to go, a very friendly, welcoming environment and excellent associates. Kajal is always so kind, and has a huge smile on her face every time we walk in the doors. She’s also taken the customer service to the next level where she remembers our orders to a T - and she make the experience that much easier, and more enjoyable. I will swear down by this subway until the end of time. These ladies deserve a raise for the quality of work they’re putting forth for the company. Absolutely will be returning.“

“This location is family owned and friendly. They’ve always treated me and my family well. They often remember our order and speak with the kids. The facility was just renovated and it’s clean and comfortable.

There is usually long line up, this time I visited on Sat, around noon and I waited like 15min, which was not bad at all for this place.

It is priced very reasonably, sub is big and tasty.

The food is exceptional. We shared the Korean Wrap and the Industrial Sandwich and both were fantastic Fresh, homemade - the service is just great. If we lived here, it would be the regular joint. This neg review is ONLY for churros. The footlong churro is $3 and not very good. A churro should melt in your mouth soft dough and this was very chewy with a sugar coating. Def could have used some caramel. Overall I give the footlong churro a thumbs down. Stick with a cookie.“

The manager got in touch with me and invited me to come get some subway complimentary when I had the chance to rectify the previous issue. They handled it well and my recent visit was nice, very kind employees and the bread was much better, still not as soft as other places but it was at least edible this time.

I’m a regular when it comes to Subway but this was the first and last time I try this location. I ordered 3 foot long subs, the bread to every single one was rock solid. I didn’t get any toasted. It was just very terrible, I went back to show and tell them, the employee said “this is normal.” I have never been to a subway that doesn’t have soft bread.“

“I went to this location today and was greeted and served by Harshit. An extremely plesant personality. I was unable to use the promo on my phone but he patiently waited till I was able to order. “I was not a Big fan of Chachi's Sandwich to start with. But I got many recommendations for this location from my friends, so though to give it a shot when I was in the mall. And I'm soo GLAD I DID.

Best Tasting Chachi's Sandwich in Calgary, I've tasted here (will not disclose the other locations, just not to put them down). I can tell you it's the taste in the hands of employee/person making it, Have tried their Veg Sandwich and by no MEANS they are SUBWAY, but they taste sooo good and Fresh. Since they use Ciabatta bun style bread (don't know they exact name), it's good when you finish it Hot, but if you keep it and wait forever to go home to eat, it's the Bread that becomes chewy (from my earlier experience), and Chachi's has nothing to do with it, but you. Similarly like - you add all the sauces to SUBWAY and it'll become Saugy if you don't eat it in time.

Will highly recommend this location to everyone.

“Had lunch at the Sunridge location recently while waiting for my car repair. The repair took longer than expected, so I was there for awhile. They were patient, letting me wait, never once made me feel unwelcome. At one point I went outside to wait, but staff members told me to come back inside and wait, because it was cold out. So kind, and I was so thankful for that.“

Service is sub par during the dinner or lunch rush as they seem to be heavily understaffed and wait times are up to 25min while one person is preparing orders for pick-up and one person does counter orders.
